Career

Srinivas Avasarala is a telugu actor and an aspiring director. He starred in the film Ashta Chamma, a Telugu adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest. His portrayal of Anand, Algernon in the original play, won him many accolades. For his film education, He attended UCLA (Los Angeles) and Lee Strasberg film institute (New York). He has prior work experience at elmos the screenplay department of Universal Studios, where he filtered scripts submitted to the studio for production. He also worked as an apprentice in the direction department for the movie Blind Ambition during the early days of his career.

Srinivas has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and has taught Physics at Bismarck State College. He also worked as a scientist at Princeton University. He has worked in many telugu films like Mugguru, Pilla Zamindar, Vara Prasad Potti Prasad.
